Fresh-Check® Freshness To the Test
	These mushrooms have been transported and stored at or below 40F. The Fresh-Check indicator shows the mushrooms are still fresh		These mushrooms have not been properly handled: the Fresh-Check indicator is black in the center. This visual signal alerts the consumer that the freshness of that specific package is no longer assured.
Food must be used by the USE BY date.
